Help a young black woman secure safe housing

*Before I even start I just want to say that I understand we’ve all fallen on our own hard times in this current time. With that being said I appreciate anyone who can spare anything at all to help. Hello, my name is Elsie I’m a 24 year old black woman currently trying to secure stable housing after leaving an incredibly toxic and abusive living situation. Like a lot of people, the pandemic has had quite the negative impact on my financial situation. Before the quarantine I was set to go stay with a friend until I was able to get back on my feet, but that of course fell through. I was given the ultimatum to either “deal with” the mental and verbal abuse or leave. Needless to say, I left. I am currently sleeping in my car and living out of a storage unit. I am an essential worker, but my hours have been cut down quite a bit and I am doing my best to save what I get while keeping my bills paid. I’ve always found it difficult to ask for help, especially financial help, but I really do need it. All donations will go towards housing costs, and other necessary bills until I can get all the way on my feet again.
