Harvey's Heroes Canoe Team is an eight person team that will be racing in the 2018 Mattawa River Canoe Race. It is named after tem member Mike Harvey. He is the Soldier On athlete that inspired us to come together for this great cause.
Our goal is to raise awareness and money for the Soldier On Fund. The Soldier On Fund provides fitness and sports equipment to current and former members of the Canadian Armed Forces. This worthwhile program aids in the recovery of physical and mental injuries sustained by these military members. Some of the recipients go on to compete in higher level events such as the Invictus Games.
Our Canoe team consists of current serving members and veterans eager to support this cause.
All Funds raised will go towards the Soldier On Fund.
