Today I got home from work to find my apartment building in the midst of chaos as a fire had broken out. Cleveland police, emt and fire were there and the roads were blocked off it was crazy and I felt powerless. It turns out it was my dear friends Alex and AJ's apartment that was on fire. There was substantial damage to the whole building, enough to displace all the tenants but the extensive damage was to their apartment. Everything they own was destroyed, and to make matters even more heartbreaking they lost their cat in the fire as well.
