On Sunday, July 21, Jeremy Stone tragically passed away at the young age of 31 from a heart attack. He left behind his loving wife of 7 years, April, and their two young kids, Lilly and Brady. A trust fund was already created for the kids future, but April will need help with funeral costs and raising their two young kids now as a single mom. Anything will help them get through this unfortunate circumstance.
