Celebrating My Father's Life
This week my family and I suffered a devastating loss when my father, Robert Garrett passed away. Are hearts are broken but we are comforted by all his loved ones who have expressed their condolences and love for him. Dad been sick for quite some time but that didn't stop him from being a loving father and grandfather or from doing what he enjoyed most which was writing and creating comics. He was the ultimate giver. Never asking anything in return, he always made sure that his family were taken care of; and I want to give that back to him. Due to his sudden failing health, Dad's finances were very low and he couldn't afford to get a life insurance policy. I currently do not have the means to provide funeral services for him. I'm asking for help from his friends, colleagues and extended family so I give my father the memorial and tribute service that he deserves. The money would go directly to funeral and burial services for him. These past few days have been very hard for me and my family. To have this part of the grieving process taken care of would relieve so much stress from an already difficult situation. Thank you for your time, love and consideration. No amount of money is too small, every dollar counts! With Love and Gratitude, Niya Garrett
