Ranny's Health Outreach Fundraiser
Greetings! On behalf of Ranny Magante's
relatives and friends, we, the Benedictine Abbey School, Class of 1985,
respectfully ask for your prayers and benevolence. Ranny, a dear friend since
high school needs help right now. He is 44 years young, a husband to Jenny and
a father to four small children: Raphael is 13 years old, Angelica is 10,
Jerick is 6 and Jennica just turned 4.
A couple of months ago, Ranny was
dignosed with esophageal cancer in
its advance stage. After undergoing a couple of chemo treatments, his health
turned for the worse. Not only did the tumors grow and spread, but doctors
recently diagnosed him with sepsis which is presence of bacteria in his blood. This
has left him a very weakened state, thus, he has been unable to work to help support
his family. This is why we need your support. If you are able, we are asking
for any help you can extend this beautiful family during these trying times. Despite
the not-so-fair prognosis, Ranny's spirits are high, his faith intact, and his
loving family and friends by his side.
The Impact
We need your help to raise money for
Ranny's treatment and his family's basic needs. His supportive wife,
Jenny, has been his rock throughout this process. Jenny has to work during
the week, so she cannot provide Ranny with 24/7 care that he needs, and they do
not have the resources to pay for a private nurse. The money Jenny earns isn't
enough to cover all of the medical expenses,
not to mention their rent, childcare, and other basic necessities. We would
love to raise enough money to cover all of these costs, as well as allow Jenny
to take more time off of work in order to take care of Ranny. No donations are TOO SMALL or TOO BIG, so please find it in your hearts to donate!
What We Need
All the money we raise will be used to
pay for Ranny's medical bills and the family's expenses. Our goal is to
raise at least $2,000 for Ranny and his family. As Ranny battles cancer,
we want financial burden to be the last thing on his mind.
