12-Year-Old Ayla’s Funeral Expenses

On Tuesday, October 24, our beloved Ayla unexpectedly and suddenly left this realm. She was a bubbly 12-year-old who brought immense happiness to her family, others around her, and especially to her mother, Shani.

A single mother, Shani has been lovingly, patiently, and steadfastly raising her two children, Ayla and Cass, who are both on the Autism Spectrum. Ayla was non-verbal and taking care of her came with great challenges as well as great happiness. She was an affectionate and cheery child who loved to laugh and play. She brought an immense amount of joy to Shani and to her family. Losing Ayla, her firstborn child, has been unbearable and heartbreaking for Shani.

Though she is no longer with us, Ayla continues to bring happiness to others. Her organs have been gifted to three young adults who are now able to have new hope and new life. Ayla has also made donations to medical research.

Any contributions to support Shani with funeral expenses would be extraordinarily helpful. It would offer her relief from this enormous financial stress and allow her to focus on grieving Ayla’s passing.

Any proceeds that exceed this amount will also be extremely helpful towards supporting Shani continue to raise Cass and care for his needs.
