I would like to partner with you in establishing my real estate business. My entrepreneur spirit has lead me to a profession that will enable me to serve people and build a business. My talent for teaching along with my drive to succeed are a good set of skills to have to be successful in Real Estate. My work ethic, forged by my military experience, will enable me to fight through failure, rejection, and mediocrity. I have been guided by God and my skill set to pursue a career field that has endless opportunities. I am asking that you take a step of faith and partner with me by providing monetary support to help get my business off the ground. Although I will be associated with a brokerage and have access to quality training, I will be left to my own devices as far as resources and equipment. Like any other business, starting a business in Real Estate can be expensive. Cost can include: advertising, marketing, insurance, office equipment (including electronics such as a computer), training, association fees, facility cost, and cash reserves are just an example of the various costs associated with starting a real estate career.
