Sweet marshmallow puff Lola has torn her anterior cruciate ligament (ACL)! LOLA UPDATE
We thought about posting a pitiful, sorry looking Lola picture but the girl just doesn't stop smiling. This dog's love of life is amazing. So we dropped the pitiful idea and have moved on to something that better suits Lola's personality. And that would be silliness.
Lola and her foster mom decided that it's 5 o'clock somewhere, time for a martini and how about a donation on the side?
We're still hoping to cover Lola's bills, so kick back, relax and help Lola and VVHS pay her ACL surgery bills.
Thank-you!
LOLA UPDATE
Ouch! Look at that incision. And our Lola continues to smile! Lola is doing well, she's spends a lot of time resting and needs to stay quiet. Lola's foster reports that Lola is a very good patient.
While Lola recovers, Verde Valley Humane Society looks for ways to pay the bills. Your donation enables us to pay Lola's medical bills and consider the next shelter animal in need.
We're half-way to our goal, how about a little nudge towards the finish line?
Thank-you from Lola, VVHS and all of our shelter animals.
LOLA UPDATE
This girl never stops smiling! Lola's surgery went well and she's at her foster home on the road to recovery. Lola's foster let us know that she is wonderful, calm and loving even though so sore from surgery.
We're a little closer to our funding goal but have a ways to go.
Please consider helping us with Lola's medical bills. So many animals depend on Verde Valley Humane Society. With your help we can continue to take care and provide for deserving animals such as Lola. Thank-you!
Like any high priced athlete, Lola is going to need expensive surgery to repair the tear. But unlike those high priced athletes, Lola and VVHS will have to rely on donations from animal lovers like you to pay her medical bills.
We're reaching out to our generous community for help for Lola. Her surgery will make a sizable dent in the shelter's medical funds. Your donation today will help VVHS pay for her surgery AND help us continue helping deserving animals.
Lola's surgery is scheduled for Wednesday and we need to raise the money asap.
Thank-you from Verde Valley Humane Society!
