HELP SAMSUN TUNGA ROBOTICS TEAM REPRESENT TURKEY IN DALLAS
Değerli toplum üyelerimiz

Robotik ve Kodlama alanlarında Türkiye şampiyonu Samsun Atakum TUNGA Robotik takimi (Bilim ve Sanat Merkezleri (BİLSEM) özel yetenekli öğrencileri, ABD’nin Dallas

şehrinde yapılacak olan, VEX IQ Dünya Robotik Şampiyonası’nda Türkiye’yi temsil etme

hakkını kazanmıştur. Ayrica Finlandiya'da yapılan Avrupa Robotik Şampiyonasında Avrupa ikinciliği elde etmiştir.

Maalesef ilgili takim ogrencilerimiz, 12-14 Mayıs 2025 tarihlerinde Dallas/ABD’de düzenlenecek bu şampiyonada yer

alabilmesi için ulaşım, konaklama ve yarışma kayıt ücretlerine bu sene sponsor bulunamaması dolayısı ile dünya takimlarinin katilacagi bu yarışmada ülkemizi temsil etmeleri imkansız hale gelmiştir. Nispeten özel okulların sponsor bulmaları daha kolay sağlanabilirken devlet okulunda okuyan bu başarılı çocuklarınızın dünya yarışmasına maddi inkansizlik nedeniyle katılamamaları bizleri çok üzmüştür ve toplum olarak kendilerine destek vermek için elimizden gelen gayreti göstermeye karar verdik.

Zira öğrencilerimiz için bu yalnızca bir yarışma değil, aynı zamanda bilim,

mühendislik ve kültürel etkileşim açısından eşsiz bir gelişim fırsatı oluşturmaktadır.

Earthquake Relief Fund for Turkey
Dear Friends,
"Because we are all part of a global community, and helping those in need, regardless of where they live, is a fundamental part of our humanity. Supporting the people affected by the recent earthquakes in Turkey is an opportunity to show our compassion, kindness, and generosity and to make a difference in the lives of those who are suffering. By coming together and providing aid, we can help to ease their pain and bring hope to a difficult situation."
By establishing the Turkish Society of Texas Earthquake Relief Fund, we hope to express our sorrow and solidarity. 100% of your donations will be routed through TURKSOTX, a Non-Profit organization that is collaborating with AHBAP (www.ahbap.org).
AHBAP is a well-known and trustworthy non-profit organization that has been directly involved in earthquake relief activities in ten different cities in Turkey since February 6th. They are assisting in search and rescue operations, helping victims in recovering from the devastating effects of the earthquake and providing temporary housing.
The death toll in Turkey already surpassed 8500 people and continues to increase every minute along with over 35,000 injured as the frantic search for survivors from two massive earthquakes and a succession of violent aftershocks continue.
More than 6,000 buildings were destroyed by the aftershocks. Millions of people have been displaced under dire weather conditions. Many rescue personnel are digging through massive piles of wreckage in a race against time, retrieving thousands of lives from the ruins. There is so much sorrow and destruction in the area and our heart goes to family and friends who are suffering.
In the coming weeks and months, increasing global support and solidarity to deliver humanitarian aid will be critical.
