Soroptimist is a global volunteer organization that provides women and girls with access to education and training they need to achieve economic empowerment. Soroptimist International of Sequim (SIS) gives financial support to senior high school girls, women continuing their education, and women seeking professional or technical education at Peninsula College, as well as various agencies whose missions align with ours. The SIS Medical Loan Closet makes a significant contribution to the community by providing new and used medical equipment to those in need, free of charge
