SKILL4 is an organization designed to provide education and training for girls ages 14 to 18 years old, who are aging out of the foster care system for career development. By exposing them to multiple facets of the construction / building industry which includes that of specialized office careers like project management, trades skills, apartment management and interior decorator, as well as entrepreneurship within the construction industry. Lastly but by no means least, the courage and ability to perform maintenance on their own home, performing projects like flooring, door and window installation, painting etc. We are helping our participants build the SKILL4 a successful life journey. (Girls outside of the foster care system are not excluded)
