NBNM Little League Clubhouse Fire.
As you may have already heard, last night we had a devastating fire at the Gunther Field Clubhouse. The clubhouse has been a mainstay of the community and the main hub for the North Bellmore North Merrick Little League for many years. Our league uses this building for meetings, training and storage for the league to facilitate all Softball and Baseball activities throughout the community. The loss of uniforms, softballs, baseballs, equipment, space and memories are immeasurable.
The Town of Hempstead has been great in helping already. The league will continue to host games at Gunther Field as we work together to rebuild the clubhouse better than before. Our NBNMLL is asking for your support as to help replace the valuable items lost in the fire.
