2,363. That is the number of abortions performed daily in the United States. In the time it takes to read this, one pre-born baby is aborted.
It may seem as though this problem is beyond our abilities to make a difference. First, we must pray for the end to abortion. But God has provided us with minds and bodies to carry out the gospel, beyond the walls of our church.
The March for Life, an annual pro-life demonstration, will be held in Washington, DC on January 21st. While many of us can’t attend, here is a way to help the cause... Consider donating in support of James Blackwell, in his “Climb for Life”. He will be “Everesting” Fallbrook’s Monserate Mountain; which means he will be repeatedly climbing the mountain to reach the height of Mount Everest in one continuous activity.
Supporting James in this challenge will raise funds for the Hope Clinic for Women here in Fallbrook ~ many of us know it as simply the "Fallbrook pregnancy center".
James is also an elite member of "Life Runners," an international Pro-Life Walking/Running Group.
