The specific objectives and purposes of Friends of Alley Cats, INC is to better the welfare of cats/kittens in Rhea County, TN by means of TVNR programs and the adoption of already altered and vaccinated cats/kittens. Education programs for those in the community wanting to learn more about the benefits of maintaining up to date vaccinations for their cats in addition to the mandatory rabies vaccine and the importance of spay/neuter. The formation of a food pantry, stocked through the community for those individuals in need of assistance to keep their animals with them versus surrendering.
