The object and purpose is to acquire, solicit, encourage and facilitate the making of gifts, donations and benefactions by deed, will, gift or otherwise, and to manage, hold and administer funds and property of every kind and nature which, after the payment of necessary expenses, shall be devoted exclusively to the causes of charity, education and religion of the First Baptist Church of Columbus, Georgia.
