At ELI our mission is to offer holistic coaching to families and foster thriving communities. We believe that a holistic program,focused on creating a better circumstance in multiple areas of each individuals life can result in long term change. We have committed to be in relationship with the families of Jefferson County for a minimum of 25 years. We are a community development organization dedicated to families in underserved communities who want to create lasting change. Our coaches partner with families to set goals in the areas of economic stability, housing, employment and relationships. When participants graduate from our program they leave empowered for lasting impact!!
