Acerca de COOP Careers

COOP's (ko-op) mission is to overcome underemployment for first-generation and low-income college graduates through digital skills training and peer connections. Since 2014, COOP Careers has helped more than 8,000 first-generation and low-income college graduates overcome underemployment. Across all sites, 70% of alumni achieve full employment within 12 months of completing the COOP Careers Fellowship. For these alumni, average income quadruples within one year (from $12,000 to over $50,000), rising to $75,000 by year five. This represents a rapid and sustained shift from the bottom income quartile to the top half of recent college graduates – and a sixfold “return on investment” for supporters of COOP’s model.
