Bethanie Evangelical Mission of Haiti Iii

We are heartbroken, saddened, and horrified by the disastrous earthquake of August 14. People have died, numerous families have lost their homes and livelihood, our children, already orphaned, now find themselves with no shelter and lacking food.

Given the widespread and the severity of this latest tragedy, we need your help more than ever. Our immediate focus is to secure the following: food, water, milk, tents, tarps, and diapers. A response team created by the Bethanie Evangelical Mission of Haiti (a registered non-profit agency with the American federal government) is on the ground ready to assist with relief efforts.

I am Rev. Ignace Augustin, founder and president of Bethanie Evangelical Mission of Haiti. We’ve been actively working in Haiti for the last 46 years in education, church planting, health care, and well drilling for drinking water. We have welcomed and cared for children in our orphanage. As natural causes befall Haiti, we have consistently been there beside our people and with our people.
