Cathy Oliver Cancer Recovery Fund

My good friend Nate Oliver's wife Cathy, was recently diagnosed with breast cancer. Nate and Cathy were just married a little over a year ago and were enjoying life together after being recently married until, this tragic unexpected news struck. Nate has used all of his sick time and will have to drastically cut back on his work schedule to help Cathy through this terrible journey she has ahead of her. Sadly enough when I spoke to Nate the other day, the bills have already started to arrive. They have insurance but, when you are diagnosed with major life threatening cancer, no insurance that I know of, ever covers what you would expect them to cover. I just want them to be able to focus on Cathy getting though these multiple major surgeries and getting on that road to recovery without the added strain of being worried about bills.

Those of you that may not know Nate and Cathy, They are the most giving and caring people. I have had the pleasure of knowing them for several years. Both of them will greet you with smile, and open their heart and soul for those in need. They didn't ask for help, but I feel that this is the time that I can help them as they have helped so many others.

Cathy will start off having 2 surgeries at different times. The first two surgeries will require up to 6 weeks of recovery time each. Additional surgeries are yet to be determined. She will also, need to have chemotherapy.
