Carlos Fortes Lopes is a good friend of mine who spends his life in Cabo Verde and the USA operating a consulting business . He is skilled in many fields of expertise and has a wide group of friends across the globe.
Unfortunately he underwent a heart transplant which was not suited to him and he has in the past month had many complications which has led to him having both legs amputated below the knee due to clots. At the moment he is still in hospital in the USA and awaiting a suitable heart and for his health to improve. The costs of this treatment has gone away above what he and his family had expected so now they are in need of assistance. We would appreciate donations as soon as possible .
Carlos is a person who has spent a lot of his life giving and assisting things in the community so now I feel we need to show our acknowledgement of this by helping him and his family in this time of need.
