Dave has Cancer, Pls Send Help

Hello everyone.
In case you haven't heard yet, Dave was diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukemia on the 11th of March. Great! It came as as much of a surprise to us as I'm sure it does to you. The time since diagnosis has been pretty insane- Dave had a million tests and started chemo on the second day, and the treatments have gone swimmingly so far.
That being said, he's definitely going to need more chemo, tests, and a bone marrow transplant to acheive full recovery, and with that comes the inevitable (albeit undesirable) trek back to the good ol' United States of America.
So yeah. We need your money. As you can imagine, we weren't planning on ending our time down under so soon, and we are ill-prepared to say the least. Here's a fun list of things that you can help us pay for:
- Incredibly last-minute flights for us
- Hospital stays, as we're totally insuranceless in all countries
- Travel accommodations for the famed Daisy
- Shipping and handling for Dave's stupid bike
- Organic fruits and vegetables
- Bills bills bills
- Rent until we're free from that
- Fees regarding breaking our lease
- Coffee
- Phone minutes so we can call you all the time from another country
- Food that isn't hospital-grade
- Overpriced hospital parking
- Parking tickets
- In-flight booze
- Various travely things once we're back in the US
- Bills bills bills (America-type)
- Other such etc. costs once we're back, as this is sure to be a burden for a long time to come
Obviously, we greatly appreciate every thing any of you people can get to us, it is very weird to publicly ask for money. Know that it will all be put to good use, though. Sounds cliche, but everything helps. Also, please please please share this with every person you've ever known and will ever know. We're pretty sure that's how these things work.
