African American Entrepreneurs Club

My name is Leslie F. Giscombe,  I have over 30 years experience as a Serial Entrepreneur and the oldest African American to ever graduate from the undergraduate College of Business at the University of Florida.  I have a BSBA in Marketing with a minor in Entrepreneurship, along with an MBA in International Business from Florida Institute of Technology. I am raising money to develop the African American Entrepreneurs Club.  The purpose of this club will be to create and nurture a team of like-minded African American entrepreneurs and supporters within our communities; by establishing structure, accountability, utilization of our personal and professional experiences to help each other grow economically, socially, professionally while mentoring,  and using these life experiences to provide resources and professional education to aspiring entrepreneurs through our workshops and business directory.

We have partnered with the University of Florida's Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation, which is the # 1 Entrepreneurship Education Program in the nation.  They have decided to support the AAE Club with speakers and materials for our workshops.  We are also promoted by the Flagler County Education Foundation throughout their school system.  The AAE Club is now a resource in the Flagler County Department of Economic Opportunity's website at www.youcaninflaglercounty.com

Through your support, we can make a difference with the "Black Unemployment Is High Because Black Entrepreneurship Is Low."  I will like to personally thank you for supporting the economic empowerment of our community.  Visit us at www.aaeclub.com
