$17,910 of $35,000 goal

Raised by 168 people in 5 months
Ending May 6th: Donor matching all contributions up to $25,000!  Give now, share now!

On March 24, 800+ cities around the world took to the streets in solidarity with the March For Our Lives. More than 7,000 Dallas citizens demonstrated their support for common-sense gun laws by participating in the local event organized by StudentsMarch.org , a newly created organization led by students who've come together in support of needed political reform. The march was not the finish line; rather, it was a launching pad for a movement.

With the counsel of national march organizers and social justice leaders, StudentsMarch.org is building upon best practices and organizing a national Rally 4 Reform during the NRA's national convention on May 5th. We will be joining forces with like-minded organizations and student leaders from across the country as we stand united and call upon our elected officials to prioritize our schools and communities over the gun lobby. It is critical that we rally around those elected officials who join us in our support for universal background checks, a ban on bump stocks, and a ban on high-capacity magazines.
These issues should be common ground for all Americans. Unfortunately, far too many politicians refuse to listen to calls for basic reforms. That will soon change. The budget for the March For Our Lives in Dallas was $35k. Building upon lessons learned, we've created a budget for the Rally4Reform that is $50k and ask for your support. Give what you can and please share this Go-Fund-Me to friends and family. And if you're able to contribute a high-dollar donation ($1k+), please reach out to our team at impact@studetnsmarch.org for details about our upcoming fundraiser.

Students are leading the way, but we'll need your support if we're going to succeed - this movement will require all of us working together on behalf of our communities and our country.

With gratitude,
The StudentsMarch.org Team

Hey all!

We are less than 20 hours away from ending our GoFundMe match donation campaign. We need your help getting the $5,000-$10,000 more needed to fulfill our match! If everyone (all 150 of you who have given thus far) gave $15 more and got four of their friends to do the same, we could make it! Please, give a little more, share our GoFundMe, and ask your friends to contribute. Through this giving, we will be able to do so many amazing things.

Thank you for your support!
Let me know if you need anything!

Hello Everyone!
Want to hear some great news?!

We are especially thankful for a gracious Dallas donor who has agreed to match our crowdsourced campaign up to $25,000 until the 6th! We need to raise as much money as possible before then!

Foremost, thank you for your previous donation. As we head into the NRA weekend, we are asking for you again to help us mobilize.

Please, post the link to our GoFundMe through your church groups, personal pages, non-profit collectives, field hockey teams, and neighboorhood posts. Help us spread not only what we are doing (Rallying for Reform on Saturday at 10:00-11:30 am at City Hall and building the new coalition of student leaders through the entire weekend), but also help us, again, rally the community for donations.

With a match-donor, think of every donation you make as double. Whatever you give, our donor gives as well. Take a moment when you receive this email, and share our link on your favorite social media channel with why you donated. Lead your peers, inspire the next generation. Thank you for your commitment and generosity.

With love, admiration, and appreciation,

Hey all!

What a wonderful first day of donations. In 24 hours we have raised over $3,000! This is a heartwarming testament to the power of our community and the network of impactful people we have built. Thank you so much for helping us create positive change.
But our job is not over yet. $3,000 is on 3/5ths of our t-shirt fund, and the t-shirt fund is only a portion of our greater needs! Please, if you have not yet, share our GoFundMe link at https://www.gofundme.com/MFOLDallas and our website at studentsmarch.org. Post it on Facebook, or on the office fridge, send the links to cousins, and church friends, and high school sweethearts, and brother's ex-roommates sister's bosses! However and to whomever, you can help us raise donations and awareness; through melding the two, we can help save lives and empower young voices of democracy.
Thank you so much for an amazing first day! I encourage all of you, of course, to donate more and share more, but most of all, stay passionate and hopefull! Thank you so much and please reach out with any questions, comments, concerns, and big checks.

Much love from an excited high-schooler,
Logan Krohn and the MFOL-D Team
