Help Janet through her Breast Cancer Fight!

Janet Pratt is a Mom, Wife, Friend and a true inspiration! My husband and I met Janet and her husband, Mike, in October of 2015.  They have been amazing friends through every step of life since we met. Supportive, caring, loving.. the list can go on and on.  They are just really great friends to have.  

Unfortunately, on May 24, Janet got the diagnosis that no woman wants to hear -- she has breast cancer. The cancer has spread to her lymph nodes which makes her a candidate for what she is dubbing the ‘trifecta-‘ of treatment: a bilateral mastectomy, chemotherapy, and radiation. Janet got the results of a PET scan on June 3rd, and the cancer has not spread. (Thank God!) 

Janet is scheduled for surgery on June 19th, and then will be getting chemo from there. She is upbeat, strong as hell, and ready to kick this cancer in the ass. 

With this, there will be medical bills, missed work, in addition to the typical monthly bills that Janet and Mike already have.  In addition to that, Janet and Mike have an amazingly beautiful daughter, Amy, who is just shy of 18 months old.   

I started this GoFundMe to relieve the stress of life as much as possible for Janet and Mike.  When you are going through something so intense as fighting cancer, who wants to be worrying about the financial stress of life? 

Janet, Mike, and Amy have an amazing support system of family, friends and everyone else that is rallying around them. They are not alone in this chapter of life, ever!
