R3asons (Celebrating Wefa's Life)

"I'm a mother of three. They are my reasons." Wefa wanted nothing but the best for her children. The best she could show and be for them was to live her own life to the fullest. Free-spirited and vibrant is who Wefa truly lived to be. She was never afraid to be the odd one out. As freely as she lived, she carried a heart of compassion. Little did she know, Wefa has touched and impacted many lives. Her relationships with a wide variety of family and friends is what she truly valued.
Along with it, she had countless stories and memories she always loved sharing with such a huge smile.

October 8th, 2015 Wefa's health took an unexpected turn for the worse that she was not prepared for. Rushed to the ER with the procession of an emergency operation, Wefa was bombarded with an overwhelming discovery of her health. She was diagnosed with Blood Clots, Type 2 Diabetes and Congested Heart Failure. With the love and help of her three children, church family, many family and friends, Wefa was able to successfully recover. In less than a year, Wefa fought to better both her health and her lifestlye. She had happily gone back into working her original profession and began spending all the time she could with her youngest son. Wefa felt more alive, empowered, and free again.

Early in October 2016, Wefa's health went back downhill again but this time with the difficulty to recover. Multiple trips back to the ER for over a month grew to be exhausting for her. After her most recent release from the hospital, Wefa began to slowly but surely and happily recover. Within a week and a half of the recovery on December 1st, she peacefully passed in her sleep. Wefa leaves behind her three children, husband, siblings, and many other loved ones.

With a sudden and unexpected loss, Wefa's family is preparing this time to honor and celebrate the beautiful life she lived. The family so far have been showered and lavished with the love and support of countless loved ones.
As the holidays are approaching, it is very well known that traveling may be quite difficult for some. With many who would love to be with the family to celebrate but are not able to, there is an opportunity for family and friends all over the world to take part in the celebration of Wefa's life. All proceeds will go towards every and all aspects needed to make this celebration worthy and honorable for Wefa.
