Friends of ID Anne Frank Memorial

Tax deductible
This fundraiser has been created on behalf of Friends of the Idaho Anne Frank Human Rights Memorial, with permission and direction from Dr. Dan Prinzing, Executive Director of the Wassmuth Center.  We have come so far since that first day we learned that our beloved Anne Frank Memorial had been vandalized. Please read today's message from Dr. Prinzing:

"There is a reason why we proudly proclaim that Boise is the "Home of the Idaho Anne Frank Human Rights Memorial,” as state leaders, businesses and individuals throughout the community are responding to the vandalism in the Memorial.  We stand together to reaffirm, “Not in our town, Not in our state – Idaho is Too Great for Hate.”

As financial support is coming to the Center, we are being told to "repair, replace, and enhance the Memorial's message." That is exactly how we will confront words that are being used to attack; we are committed to repair, replace, and enhance the Memorial with the words that inspire.

As it is etched in the Memorial's stone, "Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful committed citizens can change the world, it's the only thing that ever has."

Thank you to our community of committed citizens!"
