Mother and son support fund

My name is Tselane, and I am a mother of 3 children . My youngest son lives with me at the moment because his father moved out. He is the only child I have with my current husband. For the past 3-4 years we have had a very stressful, verbally unfriendly and not so good marriage which has caused me to become very depressed with the occasional anxiety issues. Recently I ended up in the ER because of a severe anxiety attack due to some marital issues.  We do not get along and this has been effecting our son in a big way that I know is not healthy for him to be around.  We have now decided to divorce but I am only working part time and cannot afford a place of my own to take my son and dogs to live and get some peace finally in our home.  Because of our financial issues the house we are renting  is expensive for me to afford with a part time income. Since my husband moved out he can't afford to pay for the house either and pay for him to live in a motel so we will now be evicted at the end of this month (May 2016. Since I cannot afford my own place yet, or take care of my son, he will have to go live with his father for now and I go find somewhere else to live until I can get a new job that's full time and save money to get another place that I can afford and have my son move back in with me. I don't want to lose my son, he means absolutely everything to me! And on top of all this going on now, I took my son to the doctor yesterday and he said my son has a severe case of a disorder called "Funnel Chest" and will probably require surgery soon. It is a serious problem that can cause heart and lung issues including problems breathing and early onset heart attacks at a young age. This news was more than I could take especially with a divorce going on. I don't usually ask for help, but this is a desperate situation I am in and I don't know anyplace else I can turn for help, and have come close to giving up. Also my husband is struggling to pay the bills since we've split up and may be returning the truck we bought over a year ago because the payments are too high which will leave me without a vehicle for anything  (I'm not on the paperwork for the truck) I need the money I raise here to help me be able to afford a used car for myself and for when I get my son back, and to be able to pay the fees and rent to get a place to live, including utilities turned on,  deposits, truck rental, and I will need to get a bed for me and a bed for my son because he will keep his other bed at his dad's. I will also use any extra money I don't need for all this to help pay any medical bills for my son after he has his surgery.  Any help that we can get will be a blessing.
