One Bill Is Make It Or Break It!

As most of you know, I have had severe back problems and medical issues that have led me to have 3 surgeries in the last 18 months, the most recent and intrusive being my lower back surgery to remove part of a disc and vertebrae. This left me with a LOT of medical bill debt (among other debt from being unemployed).
While I have been able to work with most of my doctors and hospitals, Anesthesiology Associates of Wisconsin refuses to lower my "reasonable" payment plan of $200 a month. This payment is more than my car payment and electric bill combined.
To compound the issue, the company that I have been working for the last two months folded and left myself and all the employees jobless. While I was able to get another job the same day, it is for far less pay.
If I am able to raise the $1200 to pay off this one bill, I will hopefully be able to pay my other bills until I am able to find a higher paying job. It would mean the world to me if you would help me with this one bill.
