Help w/ Medical and Living Expenses

I currently need help covering medical and living expenses which I cannot pay.

Due to a combination of a sexual assault and a hit-and-run collission from my past, I live with neck, shoulder, and bathroom pains which make it difficult for me to find accomodating work. I have taken jobs which I should not have, mostly in the food and service industry, because I have always wanted to make a living for myself. To make matters worse, for the past month or so I have been experiencing difficulty using the bathroom and will require a surgeon in January. It is currently unknown if this is related to the sexual assault, potential colon/prostate cancer, or another medical issue entirely. This surgeon will be covered by my health care and is not related to the costs I'm asking for in the Gofundme, but is relevant in my difficulty acquiring sustainable employment.

I have fallen on hard times since I was illegally laid off from my previous job of three years when I had to take three months of medical leave and I have not been able to find work since. The best I have been able to manage was having people online commission digital art and written work from me while selling my belongings, but they have hardly been enough to scrape by.

I am afraid at this point my only avenue is to apply for welfare, but that would only cover the bare minimum of my monthly rent and food expsenses, not allowing me to catch up on bills that I have fallen behind on or the medical expenses I need to pay for. This is why I am asking for help, any help, to at least get me caught up so I don't have to worry about missing meals for a few days or the electricity being turned off.

I've been searching and applying, but the moment my health problems become known I am passed for someone they won't have to worry about. Despite this I will continue to look for employment, but I still need to pay for my living expenses somehow. These funds will be used to cover my rent, PUC (water, gas, electricity), internet, phone, dental, and vet bills for this month and any previous months I am behind on as well as groceries. No frivolous things such as video game DLC.
