Help Miles go Miles

$5,000 of $5,000 goal

Miles Littlefield is a college student at Belmont University in Nashville, TN.  Miles' car was, by no fault of his own, crushed by a crane driven by a Thief.  Unfortunately, insurance nor the construction company that owned the crane will pay for anything.  As a result, Miles has had to use his mountain bike for all of his transportation needs in Nashville.  So we his fellow colleagues are trying to help Miles raise some money to go towards a car.  Doesn't have to be fancy but it needs to get him where he needs to go (which is farther than a mountain bike).  Any little bit helps and we are trying to get him some funds before it gets too cold.  Thanks

This is super funny, but it sucks. I hope enough people help out so you can get something new to drive.

I am a retired attorney from another state but it sounds like you are being railroaded to me. Consult an attorney there. Many of them will give you a free first consultation. The construction company's insurance may pay for this damage. If not, you may have a case against the construction company. Many times all it takes is a letter from an attorney to the involved parties to get some results. They often think they can push you around if you are young and unrepresented by counsel. It is at least worth a conversation with a competent attorney.
