Daniel Pratt's kidney transplant

My name is Kyndall, and I'm raising money for my father's upcoming and long waited kidney transplant. This time two years ago, my dad, Daniel Pratt, had sudden kidney failure. This put him out of work, and on dialysis causing him to be sick the majority of the time but somehow he has still managed to provide for my 7 year old sister and I. These past two years have defineitly been full of hardship during the search for a donor, but we finally got good news that he will be getting a transplant next month. Now, our goal is to raise money in any way we can to fund some of the expenses that are coming our way. While the kidney transplant alone will be roughly $250 K, we are reaching out with a more realistic goal in attempts to cover the funding for the upcoming traveling. He will be undergoing surgery at the Mayo Clinic in Minnesota, where he will have to stay for a month while he recives the transplant and starts the recovery process. The money from this campaign will go directly to expenses for traveling, living, and medical bills, this includes funding for me to be able to temporaily live in Minnesota so that I can be his caretaker while he undegoes recovery. We have been so blessed to have found a donor, this is the first step to getting our lives back to normal with much less stress and worries. I know it is short notice, but this news has been very long waited and we are so excited to finally get the process going. We are extremely thankful for everything that is offered!!
