Replacement vehicle (please read)

My name is Alanna. On August 1st, my son, Roman, was born. I had a really difficult labor and ended up getting really badly infected, I had to have an emergency c section & me or my son almost didnt survive the night. The moment I had him, his lungs aspirated due to ingesting meconium. They immediately put him on a ventilator and tried their hardest to keep him alive. The same night he was born, they air lifted him to childrens hospital in new orleans because they did not have the equipment to help him at the hospital we were in. A couple days after arriving there, the doctors found that he also had a rare heart defect. Multiple surgeries have been done on him, and he's been doing well ever since. He's slowly healing, but it will be months until he is able to come home. A couple weeks after Roman was born, my family and I lost our entire house due to the great flood in Louisiana. I also lost my vehicle that I paid for myself after working for about a year to save up for it. Until our house is redone, we are living with a relative. We're located about 2 hours away from the hospital Roman is at. It breaks my heart that I'm not able to see my baby boy 24/7, so I've been trying to make the trips every day down there to visit with him, but its too difficult with my family and I only having one vehicle to share. My parents both work and aren't really able to let me use the car too much. I just really need my own vehicle again to be able to go and see my son. Roman is making remarkable progress on his recovery, but he still has a long road ahead of him. He needs his mommy there with him every step of the way. If anyone would be generous enough to help me out, I would really appreciate it. I assure that these donations will be put directly towards me getting a new vehicle!
