Getting out of a toxic environment

How do I tell you this story without making others out to seem like terrible people?
This is a great example that - people who have their own problems, their own disorders, and who don't get treatment for them, can be toxic without ever really meaning to be.
I'm going to die, if I stay here. I don't know how else to put it. The intrusive thoughts are worse than ever, I lay in bed and cry without anything having triggered a depressive cycle. I feel worthless at any given time. I want to give up on everything and anything and I'm tired. The only thing keeping me alive is that my fiancee keeps a close eye on me now, she's beat me to the punch more than once at this point.
And it's this -house-.
The place we live is tearing me apart. Between how people talk to me like I'm dirt(they talk about everything that way, it seems), make meals I can't eat(they just don't want to break old habits I guess), and barely clean anything (its easier to let us do it), I'm at an all time low.
Good news! I can leave! I can pack up all my shit and move to another state and live somewhere much healthier and happier and start everything over with my fiancee and... maybe... maybe we'll have a better chance.
Bad news.
The truck itself to do so is around 900 USD (nevermind gas and food for the trip),
We want to get married before we leave so that if anything happens, legally, we're able to take care of each other. We've reduced that to a courthouse, which means we only need about 200USD.
And we don't have a car of our own, which is needed. I'm looking to only spend around 1200USD if I can get away with it.
We need your help. Our projected move date is Sept 1 but I don't know if I'm going to be able to last that long, and my paycheck is barely going to cover any of this.
Please. I'm begging you. Help
