Hi, my name is Mishael Porembski. I am a widowed mom and the founder of the nonprofit 180 Your Grief Widows' Empowerment Center.

180 Your Grief Widows' Empowerment Center is the ONLY full-time, holistic, brick-and-mortar widows' center in Atlanta, GA .

We Provide:
• Widow Empowerment: We host a 12-month, comprehensive, active widows’ grief empowerment team.

• Widow Walk: A proven PTSD therapy, weekly group “Walk & Talk” events are offered with Licensed
Professional Counselor, Pastor Ron Wean, & Widow Mentor, Mishael Porembski.

• Widow Workshops: Quarterly Grief Empowerment Workshops with Experts.

• Widow Connection: Monthly, Widowed Family-Oriented Outreach Events at the 180 Your Grief Widows’ Empowerment Center.

• Widow Leadership: Monthly training of widows to lead their own grief empowerment teams in 2019.


Team, Train, Triumph:
As widows, we work together as a TEAM toward a common goal, initially a 5K.
We TRAIN body, mind, and spirit in healthy and wise choices.
We TRIUMPH by crossing a finishline and helping others on our path.

Our goal is to provide this fresh, clinically-proven, healthy grief empowerment services to widowed families for free or nearly-free, but we cannot do this without your help.

Here is how your donations will empower widows for 12-Months through our Annual 2018 Budget:

• 5K, 10K, Sprint Triahtlon Widow Team Training & Coaching: $12,000

• Widow Leadership Training: 12-Month leadership training of 10 widows so they may lead their own grief empowerment team in 2019. $12,000

• Executive Director outreach to 1200 widows: $24,000

• Weekly PTSD Therapy Widow Walks with Licenced Professional Counselor, Pastor Ron Wean & Widow Mentor Mishael Porembski: $9,600

• 180 Your Grief Widows' Empowerment Facility Annual Costs: $12,000

• Administrative Costs, Software Costs, Website   Maintenance: $10,000

• Triumph Widows' 3-Day Retreat: $8,000

• Monthly Widows' Group Therapy Meeting: $2,400

• Widow Workshops with Experts in Health, Finances, Organization and Grief Empowerment: $5,000

• Fun Widowed Family Events: $2,500

• Race registration scholarships: $2,500

We started our 180 Widows' Team on January 4th of 2018. We are walking forward in faith that as we get #StrongerTogether and train together toward our 5K, 10K and Sprint Triahtlon Finish Lines that our community will support these amazing Warrior Widows with prayer, encouragement, and giving so that we may continue to empower these amazing women and their families with Health, Hope, and Healing after Loss.

• $2500 includes all the benefits of the $1200 level and
provides our comprehensive 12-month grief program, once-a-month one-hour phone/skype training for 12 months, and coaching for one year to a church, individual, or grief group.

• $5,000 includes all the benefits of the $2,500 level and 6 advertising spots on our grief empowerment podcast that reaches over 14,000 followers.

• $10,000 includes all the benefits of the $5,000 level, 20 spots on our grief empowerment podcast and a platinum level sponsor link on our grief empowerment website and sponsorship logo on our widowed team training uniforms.
