Shelters & Burners for Dunkirk Camp

Donation protected
I have just returned from visiting Dunkirk camp in France. I have met the most beautiful people, so welcoming and trying to keep their spirits up even in the most dire conditions, it was heartbreacking to have to say that we had no more tents. The conditions there are horrendous. I gave out tents and sleeping bags and blankets untill there was no more and still people needed them. Many women and children & men of all ages are turning up daily. The conditions in the camp are getting worse as the cold weather and rain has come in and we have already had many children sick and a baby stopped breathing due to hyperthermia, luckily the baby is ok this time.  I aim to fund to take out as many benders/yhurts on pallets off the ground and insulated with burners out to Dunkirk as soon as possible and ideally a communal one for new arrivals that turn up day and night with nothing. Dunkirk has tripled in size since i started my visits, they have little infra structure and medical care. This week feild kitchens are being built but everything takes time. I have a genuine fear that people are going to die in these conditions tents were wet bedding soaked and muddy. Under nourished people all on our doorstep. Please support us to buy and take out these structures, they will be insulated and quick to errect and have a burner so they can stay warm and also cook. I will lias with Aid Box Convoy who are on the ground out there daily doing an amazing job for the people out there xx x
