Dooley Park Improvement

The Village of Downs has an amazing playground that is in desperate need of attention.  Many of us have children or grandchildren that enjoy time on this playground and appreciate having a place for them to play that is local and safe.  Our playground is in need of a lot of mulch, not only to improve the looks of it, but more importantly for safety issues.  Please consider donating.  We are a small village with a big heart and it wouldn't take much from each of you to help offset the cost of this project.  Thank you in advance for considering donating to this cause!  The children thank you!
