Over 150 homes lost to flash flooding in Flat Gap area of Johnson Co. KY on July 13, 2015. Most did not have flood insurance and lost everything they own. There are 2 lives lost and 7 still unaccounted for. They don't know where to turn except to family and friends. Please help..
