Kevin's Missions Trip to Montreal

Hey, guys! My name is Kevin Casey. I am a college student at Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary, going for my Bachelors in Pastoral Ministry. I am raising money for a trip I feel the Lord calling me to, which is going to Montreal, Canada. Montreal is in the province of Quebec. I will be part of a program called GenSend, which is run by the North American Missions Board (NAMB). GenSend is a program that is intended for college students to "get their feet wet" and experience what truly living life on mission is like. I am setting a goal of $1200 which covers things like airfare, living expenses, and most importantly, ministy costs. I will be there for six weeks, and while I am there, the possibilities are endless for what I can do to serve the people of Montreal. I would love to interact with people through sports. If you know me, you know I LOVE SPORTS! I can't think of a better way for me to share the love of Christ than through sports. I am already super excited for the trip because it is my first internation trip. This is my first experience with going to the nations to spread Christ. Montreal is considered an unreached people group with a .7% Christian population. I would absolutely love it if you guys were able to support me financially. But if you do not feel the Lord leading you to give with your money, I certainly need your prayers. In fact, your prayers are even MORE important than any money! I need you guys to faithfully pray for God to do crazy things in the hearts of everyone my team will encounter! They need to know that Jesus is Lord!!
