Help Bring Marvin Johnson Home

Hello, my name is Kristina Johnson and this fund is for my father, Marvin Johnson, a life long Keewatin MN resident. On Monday, November 2, 2015, my 79 year old father decided to change a lightbulb in the garage. During this attempt he fell about 4 feet off the ladder and landed on the cement floor. A neighbor heard his yells for help, and 911 was called. He was airlifted to Duluth where he was stabilized. He sustained many injuries, including fractured vertebrae, pelvis, and ribs. It was decided to transport him to Hennepin County down in the Twin Cities. He is currently on a breathing tube and is being fed through a tube. He is in a lot of pain. When he is released, he will be going to a nursing home for rehabilitation. Many of his expenses are not covered by insurance and there are many out-of-pocket expenses for him and my mother, Pauline Johnson. They are both elderly and retired, and these expenses will be hard on them. He is a wonderful dad, grandpa, and great-grandpa. He has 6 daughters, Cathy,Cheryl,Sandy,Patty,Colleen, and myself.
