Tough Mudder for Medaid Africa

Dear family and friends,
Alok, Sumir and I are taking on our biggest challenge to date: Tough Mudder - South West on Saturday 22nd of August (https://toughmudder.co.uk). The race is a 12 mile, yes, you read correctly, 12 mile course through muddy terrain fielding obstacles such as the dreaded 'arctic enema' and 'electroshock therapy'.
We are fundraising for a cause that I have been personally involved with for the past 5 years. Medaid Africa (www.medaidafrica.org) is a charity that two friends and I founded whilst at medical school. The aim is to raise funds that are used to purchase essential medical supplies for remote clinics throughout Africa. Our work has helped many Kenyans, Ugandans and Tanzanians who are based in remote areas without infrastructure or government support and with your help we can continue to provide them with free essential medical care.
We would greatly appreciate any donation you can make as every last pound will help us cross that finish line.
