Warriors Against Violence is committed to ending family violence in Aboriginal Communities.

Warriors are the protectors of the family and community, not perpetrators of violence.

All people are equal; the circle of life includes elders, lifegivers, men and youth.

Family violence is not traditional; it is not acceptable in any culture.

Our Aboriginal teachings provide a strong, understandable model for building healthy relationships.

Our adult groups meet Mondays and Thursdays at Kiwassa Neighbourhood House in Vancouver, BC

Thank you for your support!

Our brothers who are struggling need a sage place to have proper treatment and guidance. Joe and Joyce are professional, thorough and compassionate and have been there. To see my friends put their past out there takes courage and strength. Drop by, check it out, pass it on and let people know about this important program.

Dear Joyce Fossella, Your dear friend,Sally Bowen of Topsy Farms, asked me to make a donation in her name to your wonderful organization in compensation for growing the most joyful and wonderful flowers for our daughters (Stoney Baker to Gord Harrison) wedding onAmherst Island, Lake Ontario, Ontario, and we are pleased to do so. Sally's wonderful flowers were used in a beautiful non ecumenical marriage ceremony August 27, 2016, on beautiful Amherst Island, traditional Mohawk summer grounds. She and we now think your organization is more than marvellous. I hope the website lets us send you the photos of Sally's flowers (grown in the Ontario drought with Sally's consistent loving care). XOXO
