Help Us Fund YPDA!


We are the Hawai'i chapter of Young Progressives Demanding Action (YPDA), an organization based at the University of Hawai'i at Manoa. We were also formerly known as the O'ahu Students for Bernie Sanders-- a student-led organization that campaigned for Senator Bernie Sanders who ran for President of the United States in 2016 and have played a major role in getting him to win Hawai'i by 70%.



Our mission is to continue the movement of changing politics as usual by getting people, especially young people, engaged in progressive politics on the local and national level. We are a grassroots effort to progress Hawai'i and America forward.  We will serve as an "umbrella organization" which means it encompasses all sorts of progressive organizations such as Brand New Congress, Our Revolution, and it will also keep up with groups from all sorts of fields to keep everyone engaged in local progressive politics.



Please help us! We are all college students and supplies such as banners, shirts, food for events, etc. cost a lot of money.  If we want a grassroots progressive movement to keep moving, we need everyone to help as much as they can. With that said, every. little. bit. counts!
