My name is John Beacham. I am the coordinator of the ANSWER Coalition in Chicago and the main organizer of the mass anti-Trump protests in Chicago.
I need your immediate help to send dozens of youth to DC on Jan 20 to protest Trump's inauguration.
We are currently organizing buses from Chicago to DC to protest Trump's inauguration on Jan 20. (You can get more info at http://www.answerchicago.org and http://www.answercoalition.org).
On Jan 20, we will be, along with 10,000s or 100,000s of people, right outside the White House on Pennsylvania Ave. when Trump and his cabinet full of white supremacists, climate change deniers, war mongers and aggressive billionaires are sworn in.
We have dozens of young people, right now, who are waiting to hear the good news that they can join us at this historic protest. They have signed up for the buses to DC because they feel they must confront the Trump administration on Day 1.
Youth from across Chicago and from all the communities that are under threat from a Trump administration are waiting for financial assistance and we are committed to making sure that every single young person who wants to get aboard the buses for this historic protest will be able to do so.
We need your help. It is as simple as that. Every dollar you donate will go to sending young people to DC to protest against Trump, racism, war and inequality on Jan 20.
Let's come together for this! We cannot let Jan 20 pass without making sure that everyone who wanted to protest in person an incoming administration which is a danger to humanity was able to do so.
Bus tickets are $120 a person in order to cover the cost of charter buses. $3,600 will provide scholarships for 30 young people to protest Trump's inauguration!
