Young Ocean Leader trip to WOS'18

I am Eugénia Barroca, a young portuguese ocean protector with a giant wish of using my vital energy to help ocean life to thrive! I am a recent licentiate in Marine Biology and I'm also the Portuguese Delegate at Youth Advisory Council from World Oceans Day. And less than 24 hours ago I won a video competition from Sustainable Ocean Alliance, becoming one of the 15 Ocean Youth Leaders that were awarded one complimentary guest pass to the upcoming World Ocean Summit, which will take place on March 7th to 9th in Mexico.
Even that the first challenge is completed of winning the competition, NOW I HAVE LESS THAN 3 WEEKS (UNTIL 29 FEBRUARY) TO FIND FUNDRAISE TO MY TRIP COSTS TO MÉXICO. The cheapest trips are around 700€ but are very few and the time is passing. As soon as I buy the ticket better and cheaper it might be. So I humbly ask you if you please can help me with the amount that you can or just share with who you think that can help me to live this incredible opportunity!
The World Ocean Summit is focused on five pillars: sustainable fisheries, pollution, climate change, finance and technology. The event seeks to deepen engagement with the private sector with the ocean and will have as speakers great world leaders. I won the video competition revealing my commitment to ocean sustainability and my past and current action projects on that wave. I had developed a project with a friend, Mariana, about cleaning and monitoring marine debris at Portugal's coastal waters and beaches. I had concluded my studies with a final project about marine debris abundances in three portuguese beaches. I want to contribute to the wave of plastic change, reducing the waste produced, collecting and transforming the lost debris. I believe we should focus about alternative materials for the essential items and eliminate all the disposable ones. We also need changes in our legislation, to change industry wastes and increase to at least 50% of MPAs.
I believe that being able to participate in World Ocean Summit 2018 will open me doors to create all the positive changes that our ocean needs. I would be enormously grateful to you if you help me in this mission!
I won simply the guest pass to WOS, so I need to cover my travel and accommodation costs. I am just asking help for the trip and I will try to manage the accommodation by myself.
