STANDING ROCK

I've just returned from Standing Rock and need to return as soon as possible.
This is nothing short of war against the Earth and the Native American people.
The police there have sprayed freezing cold water on the Water Defenders, had their dogs attack, used rubber bullets against us, have helicopters flying above spraying us with poison (many people there have a chronic cough now), have blocked off the main road with a huge metal coil and dozens of police (so it's harder for ambulences, supplies, etc. to get to the people, and they have a machine on the street that can blow up your eardrums and make you deaf for life. If they turn it up high enough, it can kill you. They can aim it at a specific person.
We are freezing cold, and there has just been a blizzard Tuesday. We are protesting in peace, no weapons allowed.
The media isn't doing enough to cover all of this and what it is saying is a gross representation of the truth.
The people at Standing Rock are the salt of the earth and some of the best human beings I have ever met. They have been oppressed for 500 years. It's time to end this hatred and oppression.
I am using the money I collect to help with gas money to get back there, and the rest is for supplies for the camp. We are in desparate need of small green Coleman propane heaters and high-quality super-warm clothing. It's better to buy one pair of high-quality gloves than a bunch of low-quality gloves. One thing we don't need are those extremely thin aluminum-foil-looking emergency blankets. We have tons of them and they don't help really in this weather. Food donations are great. A favorite at Camp is the Tanka brand buffalo meat jerky with cranberries.
Also, besides donating money or supplies, We really need all of YOU at the camp. The numbers have dwindled in the cold weather. We've gone from 15,000 to maybe 10,000 people there. Also, if you don't want to be in the freezing cold 24/7, there are churches that will find you a free place to stay and you can help with donations. Every job is valuable.
If you cannot be there and cannot donate, your kind prayers are a blessing to us. Posting information on FB and getting the word out is helpful, too.

Funds are needed ASAP. I'm going back as many times as necessary.
