IC21's 2016 Berkeley Model UN Trip

InterConnections 21 (IC 21) is a non-profit which has been working in Jackson Hole and around the state of Wyoming for 18 years to connect students and our community to important global issues. Please support InterConnections 21’s efforts to offer financial assistance for students participating in our programs, and to add enrichment activities to our national Model United Nations (MUN) trip.
IC 21’s signature program, the Teton County Model United Nations (TCMUN) conference, has served 1,478 students from all over Wyoming and Idaho in the past 10 years, and this program dovetails directly into our commitment to take students who are interested in learning more about Model United Nations to conferences around the nation.
MUN conferences simulate various bodies and agencies of the United Nations. Students come from around the state, country, and abroad get together at these conferences to play the roles of delegates from different countries, assigned to them by the conference organizers. MUN involves debate, public speaking, research, teamwork, leadership, and critical thinking about important global issues. In the last 3 years alone, IC 21 has taken 46 local students to participate in conferences around the U.S.
With your financial help IC 21 can ensure all interested students are able to participate in this year’s trip to the 64th annual Berkeley Model United Nations conference, hosted at the University of California, Berkeley.
We are hoping to raise these funds before we depart on March 3!
