Germantown Performing Arts Pavilion

$41,330 of $20,000 goal

Raised by 184 people in 35 months
The drive is on to build an outdoor Performing Arts Pavilion at Firemen's Park Iin Germantown, WI.  The cost of this Pavilion is about $400,000.00.
In addition to the efforts of the Germantown Kiwanis, there have been many "In-Kind" donations from area contracters and financial donations from area businesses.  We are almost half way to makng this goal a reality.
Now it is our time to step up and get involved...  all members of the Germantown Community Band past & present; Germantown High School Band students, alumni & parents;  music supporters, friends, concert patrons and neighbors...  Please consider making a donation. Together, we can make a difference. Together we can help make this a reality.
All funds raised will go to the Germantown Kiwanis Community Foundation, Inc. for the expressed purpose of building the Performing Arts Pavilion in Germantown, Wisconsin.  We hope to break ground in the late fall if 2015 and open the facility during the summer of 2016.
Thank you for making this dream a reality.

Since Sunday, an additional $431 came in. That's a start, but it's just a tip of the iceberg. If every person I contacted via Facebook would give $12.00, the total would be over $12,000.00! Would you please consider making that $12.00 donation in the spirit of Christmas and then encourage your friends to join the drive by making the same donation?

Thank you,

Jim Barnes

In the spirit of the holidays... I am asking everyone to make a $12.00 donation and share this forward to 12 friends/family asking them to do the same... If this goes forward twice, the results would be fantastic. Please be a part of a holiday miracle and make this pavilion a reality.

It's a great idea and it looks nice but I think where it will be located will not be enough room. If this begins to draw any kind of crowd there will be no where to put all the people. Also you will be competing for space with bodies can cars and activities with the baseball diamonds that are constantly in use over the summer. I think a different park like kinderberg would be better. Or even one of the lesser used parks like the one by county line school. Just my opinion. Is hate to see all this time and money wasted because it can't accommodate any kind of crowd and then it's not used. That would be sad
