Unexpected move

I was recently informed that the townhouse my two kids and I live in is being sold, so I've been searching for a new place for us. The rental market here is pretty outrageous, but I managed to find a place! However, I need to come up with two months worth of rent as a security deposit, so I'm asking for some help.
