David Roberts Medical Expenses

David and Brooke (Mason) Roberts, my niece, while already having an extremely tough year financially, David was diagnosed with thyroid cancer in April. He underwent surgery and it was found to have spread to some lymph nodes and to his collar bone. He was supposed to undergo chemo and radiation, but his liver enzymes were too high to continue. There is fear of metastasis now and further testing needs to be done before any treatment can begin. While the bills are already astronomical, this further testing is very costly and the treatments will be as well. His insurance does cover some but their out of pocket is so high. They have to let other things go so he doesn't get turned away for inability to pay. They are already at risk of losing their home and all of their bills are mounting up beyond what they or our family can afford. I would like to help them keep their home. David is trying to work as much as possible but now just can't get caught up and with six children it makes it more difficult. David has always helped in the Clarksville community volunteering as a coach for little league baseball and football. I know it's tough for everyone this time of year but thinking of their six children breaks my heart. Any donations at all would be greatly appreciated.
